My name is Nova Blanco-Rico and I’m currently an Associate Producer at KTLA 5. I graduated with my Master's in Journalism from the University of Southern California. Before that, I covered local news for the Southern California News Group at the Press-Enterprise. I have published stories for The LAist, CALÓ News, and the LA Local. I fell in love with journalism through my love for photography in high school. Since then, I’ve grown passionate for storytelling and reporting on issues that affect our communities.
